...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN GUILFORD COUNTY THROUGH
330 PM EDT...

At 241 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ellisboro, or 8 miles south of Madison, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
McLeansville, Haw River State Park, Lake Townsend Marina, Lake
Townsend, Lake Jeanette Marina, Monticello, Lake Brandt, Stokesdale,
Summerfield, and Gibsonville.
