Tropical Depression Chantal will weaken to a remnant low as it
drifts northeastward through central North Carolina this
afternoon through tonight. This low will exit to our northeast
early Monday, leaving behind a weak surface trough through
central North Carolina and above normal temperatures over our
area through mid week.
