.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E winds will pulse across the
Papagayo region each night and morning into the middle of next
week. Moderate northerly winds across the Gulf of Panama will
pulse to fresh nightly through early Mon then diminish slightly
next week. Cross equatorial S-SW swell will peak over the
regional waters late today through Sun.
