Maximum sustained winds are 40 kt with gusts to 50 kt, and the minimum central pressure is 1000 mb. Priscilla will weaken to a remnant low near 26.5N 115.1W this evening, and dissipate Sat morning. Tropical Storm Raymond is near 18.3N 104.9W, or about 50 nm SW of Manzanillo, Mexico at 8 AM PDT, and is moving northwest at 13 kt.
