.DISCUSSION...

Mostly sunny skies and temperatures warming into the 70s are
expected for today and tomorrow, with west winds persisting
throughout the period. Smoke dispersion rates will be good to very
good both afternoons. Precipitation is not expected today or
tomorrow. Overnight low temperatures will be in the low 40s, with
winds chills in the upper 30s near sunrise. Relative humidity
values are expected to fall to near 20% this afternoon, recover to
55% overnight, and fall to around 16% for tomorrow afternoon.
