High pressure conditions dominate the region with mostly clear skies
and generally light winds (below 10 mph) expected. Diurnal flow winds
will be out of the northwest to northeast through the early afternoon
and then become more easterly around 3 PM. They will shift back to
a more northwesterly direction by later this evening.
