A cold front will move across the burn site this morning with
gusty north winds 25 to near 30 mph into this afternoon.  Winds
will shift northeast after 1400 and weaken into this evening.
Temperatures will remain steady in the lower 30s this afternoon.
Humidity values will remain near 30 percent through this
afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny(35 percent).
Max temperature.....31F.
Min humidity........28-33 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........North winds around 12 to 18 mph with gusts 25 to
                    30 mph through 1400, becoming northeast near 12 mph.
