.Discussion...
Critical fire weather conditions are not expected for the next seven
days. Snow comes to an end over the southern Sangres, eastern
mountains, and southern I-25 corridor early this morning, giving way
to clearing conditions. Cooler than normal temperatures persist
today, but we will warm up closer to normal with highs back in the
40s and 50s for most locations by tomorrow. Another system is
expected by the Wednesday timeframe, which looks to bring another
round of cold temperatures and snow chances to both the high country
and the plains. Our temperatures look to warm back up to near normal
through the weekend, though unsettled weather looks to remain as
well.
Afternoon smoke dispersions will be poor over most of the I-25
corridor, and portions of our highest mountain zones today, with
fair or good rates expected elsewhere. Rates are poor for most zones
on Tuesday.
