...STRONG THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW WINDS WILL IMPACT MARICOPA AND PINAL
COUNTIES THROUGH 400 AM MST...

At 327 AM MST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorm
outflow winds along a line extending from Fiesta Mall to near Falcon
Field Airport to near Salt River Tubing Recreation Area. Movement
was northwest at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Tempe, Fountain Hills, Paradise
Valley, Cave Creek, Carefree, Tempe Marketplace, Piestewa Peak Park,
Deer Valley Airport, Granite Reef Dam, Falcon Field Airport, Salt
River Indian Community, Usery Mountain Park, Downtown Scottsdale,
Goldfield Ranch, Desert Mountain, and Fiesta Mall.

This includes the following highways...
AZ Interstate 17 near mile marker 214.
AZ Route 51 between mile markers 8 and 15.
US Highway 60 between mile markers 178 and 183.
