.DISCUSSION...
The main fire weather concerns will continue to be strong, gusty
northerly winds through this afternoon and again on Thursday. Gusts
upwards of 25-35 mph will be common from this morning until mid afternoon.
Winds should relax fairly quickly by sunset and be much calmer overnight
before picking up again early Thursday. Relative humidity is expected
to bottom out around 20 percent this afternoon and into the teens
on Thursday. Overnight recovery will be in the 40-45% range.
