.DISCUSSION...
Abnormally hot and dry conditions with mostly clear skies
are expected to continue through this week. Winds will remain
westerly overnight with speeds at or below 10 mph. Winds are
expected to shift out of the ESE early Tuesday and remain easterly
through Tuesday night. There could be periods of breeziness with
gusts up to 20 mph late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.
Humidity levels will fall below 15 percent each afternoon with
poor overnight recovery anticipated.
