.DISCUSSION...
Expect dry and much cooler weather on Tuesday in the wake of
a cold front. Winds will diminish after sunrise Tuesday morning,
becoming south to southwesterly around 8 mph by the early afternoon.
Light northeast flow will return late Tuesday night. Minimum
relative humidity will be at or below 10% through Wednesday
with poor overnight recovery in the 20-25% range anticipated.
