.DISCUSSION...
Above normal temperatures are expected through mid-week. Isolated
showers and thunderstorms will be possible over the high terrain
areas NE of Phoenix today and tomorrow afternoon/evening with the
main threats being gusty outflow winds and dry lightning. Chances
of wetting rainfall will remain below 10% over the next few days.
Minimum afternoon humidity levels will mostly range between
15-20% with fair to good overnight recoveries. Winds will continue
to follow diurnal trends with afternoon gusts up to 15-20 mph.
