* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR out 10
  nm...

* Until 330 PM PDT.

* At 254 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  waterspout was located over Oysterville, or 10 nm south of North
  Cove, moving northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...A waterspout and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bay Center, Tokeland, and Oysterville.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
