Update to previous information statement for new observations, impacts
and updates to the location names.

A strong low pressure (986 mb) moves across the coastal waters and
onshore near Seaside early this morning. Strong gusty south winds
spread across the region as the cold front moved onshore overnight,
with turning westerly as the low pressure moved onshore around 4 am.
As of 6 am, nearly 55,000 power customers were with power across
northwest Oregon and far southwest Washington. A number of trees fell
throughout the area with most impacted along the coast.
