...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...General Seas..4 to 6 ft building to 6 to 8
  ft Thursday evening. First Strong Ebb current of 5.74 kt at 616
  PM Wednesday. Seas 7 ft. Second Ebb current of 2.66 kt at 705
  AM Thursday. Seas 6 ft. Third Ebb current of 5.41 kt at 702 PM
  Thursday. Seas 8 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
