  16 to 18 seconds and east winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20
  kt expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 5 PM Friday to 2 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS....FIRST EBB...Ebb current of 4.2 kt at 115
  AM Thursday. Seas 4 ft. Ebb current of 3.34 kt at 201 PM
