...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 4 PM PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and
  hazardous seas 11 to 16 ft at 15 seconds and north winds 10 to
  15 kt. For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 8 to 10 ft at 13
  seconds and north winds 10 to 15 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 60
  NM.

* WHEN...Hazardous Seas Warning, until 10 AM PST Friday. Small
  Craft Advisory, from 10 AM to 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port
until hazardous seas subside.

* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous
  seas 13 to 15 ft. For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 8 to 10
  ft.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Hazardous Seas Warning, until 8 AM PST Friday. Small
  Craft Advisory, from 8 AM to 4 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS....Seas 12 to 16 ft with the ebb current of
  4.27 kt at 336 AM Friday. Seas 12 to 14 ft with the very strong
  ebb current of 7.39 kt at 354 PM Friday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port
until hazardous seas subside.
