Heavy showers and thunderstorms over all waters will produce
occasional bursts of heavy rain, small hail, lightning, erratic
wind gusts up to 40 kt, and around a 5% probability of
waterspouts and funnel clouds. These conditions are expected to
persist through Wednesday evening, and will slowly decrease
through Wednesday night.
