.DISCUSSION...Clear skies for most of daytime hours Tuesday, with
increasing onshore flow and some weak moisture late Tuesday
afternoon/early Tuesday evening. A few stray showers and a 10-20%
chance of thunderstorms at that time. Winds should be generally
westerly and weak, but a few stray erratic gusts up to 25 mph may
be possible near any thunderstorms. Much better humidity
recoveries Tuesday night due to this onshore flow.
