.DISCUSSION...High pressure brings warm and dry conditions for the next
few days, with light offshore flow developing across the Casacdes tonight
and persisting through early Tuesday. Expect mainly light east winds around
5-10 mph through the period, but upper slopes and ridges could see gusts as
high as 20 mph Monday afternoon into Monday night. Overnight humidity
recoveries will be increasingly poor through Monday night, with daytime
minimum values bottoming out around 20 percent. Winds will shift back
onshore Tuesday afternoon, but any time of relief from warm and dry
conditions won`t arrive until Wednesday.
