winds will likely diminish temporarily Tuesday morning, before
increasing Tuesday afternoon to 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to
20 mph. The strongest gusts are expected to occur on ridgetops.

Winds weaken again Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, before
turning back onshore Wednesday afternoon when the predominant
wind direction should be out the west around 5 mph. Rain
arrives Sunday and Monday.
