.DISCUSSION...A weak upper level trough will result in breezy
westerly winds through the Columbia River Gorge on Tuesday with no
precipitation expected. Daytime humidity will be well-above
critical thresholds through the time period, but expect moderate
to high overnight humidity recoveries. Surface high pressure will
re-build east of the Cascades Tuesday night, returning light
easterly winds through the Gorge by early Wednesday morning.
Upper level high pressure re-builds over the region on Wednesday,
maintaining dry weather.
