.DISCUSSION...An upper ridge of high pressure will maintain dry
conditions through the day. Light winds expected from the north.
Clouds increase into Friday as a weak front moves in. Will see an
increase in chances for rain on Friday, though confidence is low
in exact amounts as the system is weakening as it approaches.
