.DISCUSSION...Generally low fire weather concerns as onshore flow prevails
through the week, promoting average temperatures and good overnight humidity
recoveries. Expect cloudy skies each morning to give way to mostly sunny
skies in the afternoon. No showers or thunderstorms expected through Tuesday.
Trending a bit drier on Tuesday with minimum humidity values dropping into
the mid to upper 30s. West to northwest winds increasing to 5 to 10 mph each
afternoon, with a few gusts as high as 15 mph possible on ridges and over
exposed terrain.
