.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Low pressure offshore will gradually shift towards the coast
overnight into Saturday with building northwesterly winds late
Saturday followed by steep and hazardous seas. A weak low pressure
forms south of Vancouver Island continues Sunday and shifts
southward down the coast Monday bringing a surge in northerly
winds in its wake.
