.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
A northwesterly swell has moved into the coastal waters early this
morning, with seas hovering between 10 to 12 ft at 16 seconds. Expect
small craft advisory level winds and seas to continue through
Saturday night, before hazardous seas up to 20 ft develop Sunday
behind a frontal system.
