DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 100 AM CHST...1500 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Bebinca
was located near Latitude 25.1 degrees North and Longitude 133.3
degrees East. Bebinca is moving northwest at 24 mph. It is expected
to maintain this general course with a decrease in forward speed
through Sunday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 50 mph. Bebinca is forecast
to intensify through Sunday, possibly becoming a typhoon early
Sunday morning.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to
160 miles to the north and 0 miles to the south.
