DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 100 AM CHST...1500 UTC...the center of Typhoon Yinxing was
located near Latitude 14.8 degrees North and Longitude
129.5 degrees East. Yinxing is moving northwest at 21 mph. It is
expected to maintain this general course with a decrease in
forward speed through Wednesday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 75 mph. Yinxing is
forecast to intensify through Wednesday.

Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to 35 miles
to the east and no typhoon force winds to the west. Tropical
storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 120 miles
to the northeast and up to 85 miles elsewhere.
