...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CHST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Seas 8 to 11 feet and winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to
25 knots.

* WHERE...Majuro Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The trade-wind surge, extending west from
  the Hawaiian Islands, will keep the trade swell elevated and seas
  around 10 feet through today. Moderate to fresh winds with
  strong gusts are also expected. As the trade-wind surge weakens
  tonight, seas and winds should drop below hazardous levels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
