* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 feet.

* WHERE...Majuro Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Satellite scatterometer data and observations
  at Majuro show winds have dropped below 22 knots, but seas near and
  east of Majuro are still around 10 feet, based on satellite
  altimetry. As the east swell decreases Sunday night, seas will
  drop below 10 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
