* WHAT...East winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt and seas 8 to
  11 feet for Majuro. Northeast to east winds 15 to 25 kt and seas
  8 to 10 feet for Pohnpei and Kosrae.

* WHERE...Pohnpei, Kosrae, and Majuro Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous for small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Hazardous winds and seas could linger through
  Friday, especially in the Majuro Coastal Waters.
