* WHERE...East facing reefs of Kosrae.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
  localized beach erosion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Surf is expected to drop along east facing
  reefs Sunday as the east swell diminishes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
