.Short term...
TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT...The unstable trough will remain
near the islands tonight and Monday. As the low moves southeast,
the trough will then shift across the islands on Monday night and
remains through Tuesday. Widespread showers, heavy at times will
again bring potential for flooding across the territory. Breezy
northwest winds will persist tonight before shifting west on
Tuesday night. Winds will become light on Wednesday and Wednesday
night. The showers will shift south on Wednesday while slowly
dissipating.

.Long term...
WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...High pressure to the south will
generate trades on Thursday and further intensify to breezy flow
on Friday. These trades will persist through the weekend. Stable
weather will also remain over the islands through the weekend.

&&

.Marine...
Rough seas will remain across the territory through Tuesday night.
As the active trough descends southeast, seas will subside 5 to 7
feet on Wednesday and persist through the rest of the week. With
breezy trades moving across the islands late in the week, seas
will again build to rough conditions on Friday night.
