afternoon temperatures to get hot with humidity reaching critical
thresholds. However, wind will continue light. By Tuesday afternoon
conditions start changing significantly as the upper level flow
shifts to south and starts bringing in more unstable, higher humidity
air that will trigger afternoon and evening thunderstorms.
