.DISCUSSION...High pressure overhead continues to dominate the pattern,
with temperatures up 4 degrees F over Wednesday afternoon highs.
Fortunately the moisture content of the air will be up as well, but
it will not bring back good humidity recovery, with the thermal belt
sitting right in the middle elevations of the incident. Wind outside
of thunderstorms will be breezy Thursday, then much calmer Friday.
