.DISCUSSION...
The recent storm system responsible for rainfall, high elevation
snowfall, and colder temperatures across the region is pulling
away to the east, and impacts have already ended over the burn
area. Skies will gradually clear today, with winds remaining
light. Confidence is high in no precipitation today, tonight, and
Friday, although a stray shower can`t be ruled out Friday night as
a weak system/trough brushes by from the north (chances for a
wetting rain are less than 10% locally with this). Because of this
weak trough, west to northwest winds will also increase Friday
afternoon into Friday night with gusts as high as 20-25 MPH
possible near ridges.
