* Central Idaho Dispatch Area weather impact summary (Zones 475
and 476)...
A widespread area of showers will shift across the district
starting early this morning through early this afternoon, followed
by another round of isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms
this afternoon. There is a greater than 70-90% chance of wetting
rains across the district Friday, with a 50% chance of exceeding
one-quarter inch across the Frank Church and the Pahsimeroi and
Lemhi ranges. A few showers and thunderstorms will be possible
Saturday, otherwise expect a drying and warming trend for the
remainder of the weekend into at least mid-week next week.
* East Idaho Dispatch Area weather impact summary (Zones 410...411
and 413)...
A widespread area of showers will shift across the district early
to mid-day today, followed by another round of isolated to widely
scattered thunderstorms this afternoon. Most of the district will
have at least a 20-30% chance of wetting rains, with the
exception of the south half of Zone 413 and the northern half of
Zone 410. The NBM has a 40% chance of a wetting rain for zone 411.
There is a 15-25% chance of exceeding one-quarter inch for most
of Zone 411 for Friday. A few showers and thunderstorms will be
possible Saturday mainly Zone 411 and the north half of Zone 410,
otherwise expect a drying and warming trend for the remainder of
the weekend into at least mid- week next week.
* South Central Idaho Dispatch Area weather impact summary (Zones
422...425 and 427)...
A widespread area of showers will shift across the district early
to mid-day today, followed by another round of isolated to widely
scattered thunderstorms this afternoon. Most of the Northern
Sawtooth will have at least a 80% chance of wetting rains, with
about a 45% chance across the Southern Sawtooth and a 20% chance
across the Middle Snake. There is about a 45-55% chance for the
Northern Sawtooth to exceed one-quarter inch Friday. High pressure
rebuilds over the weekend, with a drying and warming trend into
at least mid-week next week.
