...LOW WATER LEVELS ON THE TIDAL DELAWARE RIVER AT LOW TIDES
THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING...

A strong northwest wind will continue to cause abnormally low
water levels on the tidal Delaware River and its tidal tributaries
with the low tides through early Friday morning. The low water
levels may cause navigation problems around the time of low tide
this through Friday morning. Water levels are expected to drop
between 2 to 3 feet below Mean Lower Low Water. Mariners are
advised to use caution when navigating in shallow waters to avoid
running aground.

Low tide occurs at Reedy Point, Delaware at 1:49 AM. Low tide at
the Philadelphia Coast Guard Station takes place at 4:17 PM and
4:27 AM. Low tide at Burlington occurs at 5:32 PM and 5:37 AM. Low
tide at Trenton occurs at 5:53 PM and 6:04 AM.

Following the low tides tonight and early Friday morning, the
strong winds will lessen, and no additional low water hazards are
expected.
