BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW SHOWERS WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF
NORTHEAST PA AND NORTHERN NJ THIS AFTERNOON...

Brief moderate to heavy snow showers will rapidly reduce
visibility to around one half mile or less at times. This may
cause a quick coating of snow on roadways this afternoon. Use
extra caution if traveling. The rapid changes in visibility and
potentially slick roads may lead to localized hazardous travel
conditions.
