  Coastal and outer waters from Sandy Hook to Little Egg Inlet NJ...

* Until 1100 PM EST.

* At 952 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located near Shark River
  Reef, moving north at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sea Girt Reef, Shark River Reef, Point Pleasant Beach, Belmar,
  Atlantic Highlands, Manasquan Inlet, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright,
  Axel Carlson Reef, Sandy Hook Reef, Lavallette, and Fair Haven.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
