The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Upper Delaware Bay...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 534 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Havre De
  Grace to near Worton Point to Sevenfoot Knoll, moving east at 25
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fortesque Beach, Sea Breeze, Pea Patch Island, Bowers Beach,
  Woodland Beach, Stony Point, Miah Maull Light, Ship John Shoal
  Light, Cross Ledge Light, Reedy Point, and Slaughter Beach.
