The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal and outer waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Fenwick Island
  DE...

* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 126 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Wildwood
  to near Cape May Reef to 8 nm south of Buoy 2ms, moving east at 30
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

  The Lump, 28-
  Mile Wreck, Five Fathoms Buoy, Buoy 2fb, Buoy 4fb, Buoy 3fb, Cape
  May Reef, Sea Isle City, Deepwater Reef, Ocean City Reef, Wildwood
  Reef, and Wildwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water, stay below deck if possible and keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
