* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick Island DE out 20 nm...
  Outer waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 to 40
  nm...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 908 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 14 nm east of Bivalve, moving east at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
