* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex and Warren. In Pennsylvania,
  Carbon, Monroe, Lehigh and Northampton.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
