Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - For Neshanic at Reaville: At 4:15am the stage was 6.44 feet and rising.
