The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Atlantic County in southern New Jersey...
  Cape May County in southern New Jersey...
  South Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 136 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
  fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour.
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by
           thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Atlantic City, Ocean City, Cape May, Pleasantville, Somers Point,
  Ventnor City, Brigantine, Northfield, Absecon, Margate City, North
  Wildwood and Tuckerton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
