Patchy dense freezing fog is reducing visibilities to one-
quarter mile or less along portions of I-82, US 395, US 12, and SR
240 in the lower Columbia Basin of Washington. If driving, slow
down, use low-beam headlights, and allow extra braking distance.
Fog is expected to lift through morning.
