.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions will prevail across the forecast area
through the period. Winds today will be from the south southwest
shifting to the northwest at 5 to 6 mph. Daytime RH values will be
poor/good averaging between 21-26%. Winds will become breezy tonight
from the northwest 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 18 mph before settling
slightly and shifting to the east overnight. Overnight RH recoveries
will be moderate ranging 70-75%. Winds tomorrow will become breezy
again from the northwest gusting to 16 mph with daytime RH values
ranging 20-25%.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 80.
Min humidity........21-26 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........South southwest winds 5 to 6 mph shifting to the
                    northwest 5 to 8 mph around 2 PM.
