.DISCUSSION...

Light west to southwest winds will turn easterly Sunday night
and increase through Monday morning. Weakening of the easterly
wind is expected Monday afternoon. Expect a dramatic ramp up in
chances for wetting rains/snows Sunday evening, going from around
30 percent in the afternoon to 90 percent for the period beginning
Sunday evening through Monday morning. Precipitation type will
likely fall as snow above 4,500 ft. Rain showers will continue to
linger across the lower elevations through Monday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Rain showers
                    early in the morning. Snow showers through the
                    day. Rain showers likely in the afternoon.
CWR.................7 percent increasing to 83 percent.
