northwest winds early tonight should decrease overnight.  Winds should
then increase again and become gusty Sunday afternoon and again Monday
afternoon.  Gusts could reach the 20 to 25 mph range.  MIN RH values
will be 20 to 25 percent Sunday and about 15 to 20 percent on Monday
with good overnight recoveries.
