...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT THURSDAY...

.DISCUSSION...A storm threat will bring risk for lightning and
outflow winds starting in the small hours through this afternoon.
Activity early tonight has been confined to central OR and west
of the Cascades. Threat for storms increases after 5 AM peaking
3-7 PM PDT with chances around 15-25% thus low confidence.
However, outflow winds from nearby or dissipating storms could
cause uptick in winds at the location. Fair RH recovery overnight.
Hot, dry conditions today with generally light winds deep mixing
tomorrow.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (20-30 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms after 4 AM PDT.
CWR.................5 percent.
LAL.................1 until 0400, then 2.

Max humidity........40-45 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 4 to 6 mph. Gusty and erratic
